I have2 complaints: I had an extremely troubling day, got home at 6 pm to realize I has lost my keys. I don’t ever lose my keys, nonetheless, I called maintenance, who called management. I called maintenance back because I didn’t hear anything, only to be told, tough luck. I had to get a locksmith or wait until the next day to be led into my own apartment where I had a pet waiting for me. I’ve never lived in a place that has done this to me before I had my license on me and could have proven who I was, but they still would not let me in. Luckily, my keys had fallen out of my pocket at the place. I had to rush to for an emergency that morning. 2. I placed my under Armour cooler outside my door for less than a half hour tonight 8/3/25. Went out to drain the Water from the ice, and it was gone. Stolen right off my doorstep. I use this cooler every day for my job or kayaking. I know this Second complaint doesn’t have much to do with management, but we’ll see what they do because I did put a work order in.

Not sure what projects you are referring to. The sinks are still gurgling and the AC is not repaired yet. As you can see I've got three holes in my ceiling and now they are saying I must remove all my furnishings and clothes from our large closet to do more work. Its starting to render parts of our apartment uninhabitable. I'm requesting a months rent credit from landlord as this should have all been inspected and repaired prior to my taking occupancy. Why???

I’ve informed management of Tein Creeks in Antioch, CA about my outrageous PG&E bills the fact that I’m paying for others water and sewage. As my daughters are only with me half the time and they average it per building and split per amount of tenants per unit. So I’m paying way more than ever especially as others move in. Nothing has been tended to from maintenance needed & noted before my move in date. I’ve been in the office and written emails and haven’t been responded to. Yet was given an email stating that all has been tended to when nothing was even communicated and my daughters and I are still waiting for an actual human response and action to take place. This apartment complex, when I felt would be a safe haven out of a toxic situation, just turned into yet again another nightmare.

We've lived at Waterstone for almost 2 year.s.It's safe, the neighbors are friendly. I often go to the leasing center and everyone is friendly and beautiful. They even have food for the dog. Any trouble in my home can be repaired by the property management, and Mr.Ego is always quick to come to the door to solve the problem. I used to be in charge of Mr.Ego,Mr.Leo and Mr.Lonnie. I often got help from them. They can always help me at the fastest speed. I liked their friendliness very much. We are very comfortable in Water stone.
