David from Active Pest Control did a truly outstanding job during his recent visit to our home. He was kind, respectful, and incredibly thorough—everything you’d hope for in a service professional. During the inspection, David found active termites in one of our bait stations, which understandably could have been alarming. But he took the time to walk me through exactly what was happening in clear, calm, and well-informed language. He explained how the system is designed to work, what the termites were doing, and why the station was actually doing its job perfectly. He even described the biological process of how the bait affects the colony in a way that made complete sense. I also appreciated that, while he was efficient, he didn’t overly rush the appointment or just check a box and move on. He carefully and diligently checked each station, made sure everything around the house looked good, and explained what to expect next. It was clear he knew his stuff and took pride in doing the job right. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about doing a great job, and David absolutely fits that description.
