I finally had to part with my 2007RX350 and Brand loyalty took me back to Lexus of Oakville where I met with sales representative Jake Travis. I didn't shop around. Years and years of top quality sales and service experience told me I didn'tl have to.!We became fast friends, sharing each other’s sense of humour, and of course the rest of the staff treated me like a Princess.
