My Fourth: If I were to invest in vanity plates for my NX350h Lexus, this is what they would say. I finally had to part with my 2007RX350 and Brand loyalty took me back to Lexus of Oakville where I met with sales representative Jake Travis. I didn't shop around. Years and years of top quality sales and service experience told me I didn'tl have to.!We became fast friends, sharing each other’s sense of humour, and of course the rest of the staff treated me like a Princess. The transition from an ancient vehicle with no technology, to one loaded has not been a party for me. Several personal one-on-one tutorials by Rahib got me through the awkward learning stage. Rahib is knowledgeable, patient and attentive. He helped me several times on the phone and in person on two occasions. Patient would be an understatement.Today I had a minor crisis after enjoying a lunch out to show off my new vehicle to my sister. The electronic fob lost power due to a worn-out battery. Again I was rescued this time by Jake as he walked me through the process of using the secret key in the fob to open the vehicle. Lexus thinks of everything.
