I was thoroughly impressed by my daughter in law’s parents’ bathroom remodeling project by The Valley Homes Constructions. In 2021, I had contracted with Ed Lane to remodel my master bathroom. The Valley Homes Construction team demonstrated a deep understanding of the necessary repairs and renovations required for an old, damaged bathroom. I was particularly impressed with the high-quality workmanship and attention to detail that went into the project. Ed’s initial quote was the most competitive and reasonable, making it the best choice for my needs. My sister also impressed by my newly remodeled bathroom and, inspired by the quality of work, decided to hire The Valley Homes Construction to transform her entire house. This included remodeling two bathrooms, the kitchen, and the fireplace. Following the successful completion of my sister’s house remodeling in 2022, I also secured a contract with The Valley Homes Construction to remodel my kitchen, fireplace, remove the popcorn ceiling, paint the walls, and install new flooring.

We recently hired Ed with Valley Homes Construction for a complete remodel of my kitchen and bathroom, and I cannot praise them enough. I’ll be the first to admit I’m a procrastinator! I’d been talking about remodeling our early 90s kitchen for at least 5 years before I finally got around to contacting companies for remodeling estimates. I first met Ed Lane with Valley Home Construction on October 2. He looked around our kitchen and asked when we wanted the remodel completed. When I replied, 5 years ago, he laughed and said no problem! On October 15 we signed the contract, a week later I met our project manager, Jose, to select countertop and backsplash materials. I had an idea of what I wanted to change in the kitchen and Ed offered some additional suggestions, like under cabinet lighting, that enhanced the project. Their team also offered advice on picking appliances, fixtures and paint colors. The construction team assigned to our project was the best, all very nice people and hard workers. I was very impressed with the level of communication. Jose provided daily text updates of what work was scheduled as well as daily emails with pictures of work completed. I appreciated that there were no big gaps in time between the different jobs; painting, electrical, plumbing and appliance installations. The remodel was completed on November 11. There were a couple of minor glitches but they were all resolved quickly and our kitchen was ready on November 21, just in time for Thanksgiving! We’re loving our new kitchen and have received many compliments. I highly recommend Ed Lane and everyone at Valley Home Construction.
