We are in the pre-build phase of our Adair home in Sisters. The team has been helpful, flexible, and very professional. We are not located in Central Oregon, so having the team accommodate us virtually has been a huge plus (saves us 5 hours of driving per meeting!). We are just about to enter the permit phase, and are excited for next steps. Lori Jeter has been especially great to work with! And we look forward to working with Gary Williams and Mike Nelson, as well!

Adair has been incredible to work with on building my first house. This will not only be the first home I’ve had built, but also the first home I’ve owned. Everyone there has be extremely helpful at every step. Joe was great at explaining the financing, all the budgeting, and really helped when working with the lending agency. Victoria has been awesome at getting the timeline and project management worked out, as well as explaining my roles and responsibilities, and Shawn has been great at managing the actual build of the home. Working with adiar themselves has been a 10/10 experience.
