Rutteren MorganI had an interview arranged by Jothi, and I arrived an hour early to ensure a smooth process. The interview itself went well and she even followed up on the same day to ask how it went. However, after that, she completely disappeared no updates on my interview outcome whether successful or not. I also sent a follow-up message but there was no response. As a candidate, I believe recruitment consultants should provide clear and timely communication. This lack of professionalism is disappointing and needs improvement.

She said she will never "cuci tangan" but she doesn't even reply at all. I know u are a firm believer of karma so u say, so yeah u r messing with people's livelihood. SuziI have been trying to call them for the past week to clarify something, but none of them are responding, even as early as 9:15 am. I am seriously speechless with this type of attitude. Why even provide a number if you won't answer? It would be better to mention "No calls, we won't answer."
