Kim is incredible! Our dog has a little bit of anxiety when it comes to new people and going to the groomers, but Kim took the extra time to make her feel comfortable and safe. The grooming was perfect—our pup came home looking amazing, and most importantly, she was relaxed and happy. We’re so grateful to have found someone so patient and skilled. Kim is amazing! She does her best to ensure you dog feels comfortable while being groomed! My little guy doesn't do so well with people getting close to his face & Kim did so well with him! Right from the beginning she made us feel welcomed & we will definitely be in contact with her again in the future! Kim is great always treats our 3 dogs that go to her wonderfully. They come back looking great and she is open to any feed back or personal requests such as using a special shampoo for our oldest dog with skin issues. Very knowledgeable and we always have a laugh while I'm there always feel welcome. Price is more then fair and the ties are a nice touch.
