I was hesitant at first as I’ve heard many bad reviews bout Car cleaners. But these guys were fantastic. Cleaned my car inside out and my car looks like new now. Their hard work worth single penny. Really appreciate their work 🥳

Unfortunately I'm sad to say it wasn't a positive experience when I went through Car Detailing Experts in Unley. I chose to go through this business to get my car detailed because of their 5 star rating, and because I was selling my car I spoke to Damien and booked my car in on a weekday. I dropped it off for it to be done and got a call 3-4 hours later to say the power had gone out to their property and only the inside had been done. I understand the loss of power is out of their control, however there was no attempt to reschedule to a different day or time. I was told "just go up to the car wash up the street and clean the outside of the car yourself." Umm no. When I have a car I want to sell and do a presale automotive detail, I don't just want to take my car up the street and wash it myself. That's not what I pay for. I pay for a full detailing service with attention to detail. This really upset me, because I had to take a day off work and lost income in order to get subpar service. Furthermore, when I went to pick up the car, the inside of the car hadn't even been cleaned properly. There was no attention to detail, with a dead bug still hanging off the glass on the inside of the driver's door, and a mess still left in the bottom of the middle console (see photos). This meant I pretty much paid $170 (this was the price for the inside to be detailed, and the price they agreed for me to pay after the power went out, amended from the original price of $350) for nothing. I had to go and find a better quality detailer to do the job (which I did and thankfully got a much better job done). To summarise, they need to work on their communication and service to the customer, as well as their attention to detail.

Thanks for making my car look new again, the guys at detailing experts took the time to bring my dirty old looking paint back to brand new again. Customer servise was great and the turn around was even better.

These guys did a great job cleaning Chrysler 300C. Car needed a deep clean and it got what it needed. Would recommend if you’re in unley/ inner south area and need a clean
