Adelaide Medical Centre

Myself and other family members always have a positive experience at Adelaide. You get a call back quickly if you have been waiting in a queue to speak to reception. Receptionist is always friendly and helpful. I've had positive experiences taking my children in with their doctor, and the nurses for their jabs. They're always put at ease. My doctor, Dr Pandy, is incredible; very attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable. I cannot fault Adelaide.

Called this morning with regards to an appointment for my daughter. Receptionist was lovely and helpful and when we saw Dr Carter she was engaging and kind. She really put me at ease and was lovely with the children. Everytime I have needed an appointment or a phone call about my children they have always been very quick and efficient!

We have been with Adelaide for decades now. There has, as always, been the odd bump in the road, but, they are a fantastic practice. The staff are polite, extremely helpful, and have been incredibly supportive and empathetic during our time with them. We try to embrace the new technologies, and find them very responsive to the e-consult and we use PatientAccess for our prescriptions, which is also excellent. We listen to criticism of the NHS aghast when people share their anecdotes of 2 month delays in contact with their GP, not being able to have face to face appointments, and cannot comprehend, as that has never been our experience at Adelaide. I would take this opportunity to fully recommend this GP practice, and also to thank the wonder staff, nurses, admin, doctors, and support staff, for their hard work and dedication to patient care a wellbeing
