Service I received has been very poor. Last year, my company purchased two automotive dent pullers, and both have recently become defective. we given them for repair last month; one is under warranty, while the other is out of warranty. However, as of today, their service team has been unable to repair either machine and has not provided a proper quotation, despite my several follow-ups. This delay has negatively impacted our workshop operations. Customer service needs significant improvement.

Very poor service, after sales service is big zero. We bought one 270Ltr air compressor from this company, in any of their quotation or communication they didn't mention the warranty is for 6months, and after 6months the machine is not working, they are saying that warranty finished. need to pay service charge even to visit the site. we agreed, but after that there is no reply. Before this reply several times our supervisor called and talk with the sales person, but the response was very poor. Be careful before dealing with this company.
