I would like to rate 5 stars (more if there was an option) for Steven Turchet specially for his attention to detail, thorough investigation and excellent communication while handling the matter pertaining to my property. Steven was swift on reviewing the concern related to the water damage and I really appreciated his prompt and detailed responses. The matter is going to be closed in a few days but I couldn’t wait to thank him for all his hard work so far. His constant communication with updates really helped me reduce my stress levels as water damage issues can be major. I really wished this is the kind of service that is provided on a consistent basis, would really increase client satisfaction!
