Well, I can tell people that this is what I call a PROPER pet shop, this is exactly the sort I was looking for. I’ve visited many pet shops over the years and I can tell you’ve that I’ve never actually came out of the other shops feeling confident about the shop or the staff as I have been tricked by pet shop owners and conned by them in the past. Adlington pet Centre have restored our faith in great honest people with great morals. Adlington Pet Centre really are number one for us. I can tell you that they are 100% honest with the animals that they are selling and honesty with me goes along way. All the staff are absolutely brilliant and friendly, very knowledgeable and do not judge you at all, they actually guide you and offer support for you and your new pet whichever animal you choose. They do not pressure you at all, I mean they have alot of patience for their customers as we were in there over an hour and the atmosphere was superb. All the animals truly are in A1 tip top condition and healthy which is fantastic to see. There is a great selection of pets to choose from as well as a great selection of pet supplies for your new family pet. This was Defiantly worth over the one hour drive away as overall I give Adlington Pets a 10 out of 10 for everything. The Baby Senegal, baby lorikeet and Woodstock the yellow canary all say Hello 👋 to you all. As you can see from the photograph that the baby Senegal is soooooooo happy and chilled 👍😊 Thank you to all of you for wonderful family pets and a lovely service that you gave to us. 😊

Most importantly the staff here are friendly and helpful. No review or stars can explain this as i was just blown away from the moment i walked in and engaged in conversation. The care the staff take with the animals is noticed. Can not fault them one bit. They know there stuff and take there time with customers. My family are made up with there new pet. We bought our lovely Syrian hamster from here, there was lots of choice and we got to handle different hamsters before we found the one we connected with. The shop is fantastic and has everything you could need. The customer service we received was absolutely fantastic, the girl who sat with us and taught us handling techniques and gave lots of advice. She was so lovely and made us feel at ease. You are all amazing and thank you so much for a fabulous experience.

Exceptional experience! I have 2 conures already but the experience buying the latest member ‘Cherry’ was great. The staff are super polite and well informed. I really appreciated the recommendations and tips shared by Chris. Although I have had birds for over 15 years, it was fantastic to buy from a place where the birds are well looked after and loved. Thank you for the amazing experience and if I ever decide to expand the family, I will be returning here.
