Imagine ordering 2 items from your website, one is available and the other is not. You advise me a week later and ask to replace it with another product to which i agree. Another week goes by and still not shipped due to the original item that was in stock being shipped off with another order?? Not to mention.. worst customer service ever trying to reach you guys is like trying to call someone from planet neptune. Only thing positive i can say is that that reimbursement was not complicated to get done over the phone... SERIOUSLY GET A GRIP. You lost a purchase of merely 700$ to a competitor because of your lack of dedication towards your customer service.

Ordered a motocross gear bag from them, was supposed to be free shipping as I live in a major city in the same country, I get an email saying my location is supposedly “remote” and they need an additional $60 to proceed with shipment. $60 on a $140 item. I just can’t understand why that is and honestly I’ll never deal with this company again. Sent an email asking about refund and how long it would take to process and I never even got a reply back. This company is by far the worst company I’ve dealt with and I’ve bought a lot of stuff online. Fortnine is a million times better, even triple clamp or royal distributing, pretty much any other company I would have to say. Pure disappointment. I had another order I placed even before the gear bag and it’s already been well over 7 business days and I haven’t heard nothing about it whatsoever but I told them I want both orders canceled, I don’t want to even do business with this company in any capacity. I’ll buy these same items elsewhere in the meantime while I wait who knows how long for a refund. I ordered this through the shop app so I’m going to try and reach out to them because this is just unacceptable in my opinion. Lesson learned. I would give them negative star if I could.

Absolutely the worst online and customer service experience I've had with any company. I ordered an expensive snowmobile jacket from them. Didn't receive any information for a week. Try contacting them by phone to find out what was going on. They literally state that they don't deal with customers over the phone email only. Emailed them only to find out they did not have my coat in the first place. Asked for a discount for an identical alternative color item and they told me no they can't do that. Don't waste your time use Fort Nine or Royal Distributing. They appear to use bait and switch tactics with there online advertising as mentioned in previous reviews. Offer steep discounts on unavailable products only to get you buy something similar at a greater price
