I was so impressed by Admiral Plumbing services and specifically our technician, John Snider! I called the company to express a few concerns about the plumbing in our residence, and they were able to send a technician out a day or two later for a free inspection. I felt that our concerns were actually addressed and we were sent a quote the same day. We have a management company that chooses who we get our plumbing services through, so we were unable to get our service completed through Admiral, but if we are ever in a bind we plan to use Admiral. John was fantastic with communication and was able to diagnose the issue in under 15 minutes, which we were very impressed with. I feel they give fairly priced quotes and are very speedy with the services they provide. I can’t recommend Admiral enough. Thank you for the ease of service!

Holland just finished an AC Tune Up on our HVAC System. Holland was great to work with, called ahead to remind us of the appointment, explained in detail all the issues, thoroughly explained and advised on all the options we had in repairs and upgrades to our system, and set clear instructions on how to get the most efficiency out of the system to save on electric costs and future part failure prevention. My experience with Admiral was great! I have now worked with two of their technicians, Korey Forebush and Tobias Schroeder, and both of them were outstanding. We have a home that we use for Ukrainian Refugee families, and the HVAC system was not functioning properly. We had spent a lot of time trying to fix the problem, but couldn't find a solution. When Korey arrived he was very professional, diagnosed the problem very quickly, and fixed it immediately. The AC unit and furnace now work perfectly. Tobias was also very helpful on the plumbing side of the home. He performed a camera inspection on the main plumbing line and voiced any concerns he saw and options for rectifying any problems. I found both of them to be very knowledgeable, skilled,and honest. With pricing they were very fair and did everything they could to support the Ukrainian families we try to help. I would recommend their services to anyone. I will include photos of some of the people their services helped.
