We had such a fantastic afternoon at Adorn! I was able to find a breathtaking dress that surprised me. It was so uniquely me. Alison was so wonderfully patient and had a special talent for asking the right questions to pull together a great selection of dresses to try on. We appreciated the time our Adorn sales person spent with my daughter choosing a dress. There was no rushing the appointment. However, after we ordered the dress, we felt very much left in the dust. We paid to rush the dress. We never heard from Adorn after that. A few weeks after the dress was due in, we contacted Adorn and received a text message. They are not open very much during the week. Then, a week later, I had to call them and find out the dress status. I was told, they were very busy and didn't have time to check in it and was told "we sent you a text last week saying it was in customs ". We were also told that we could wait to order the veil until the dress came in. When we were finally panicking about the veil and dress, we were invited in to buy a veil off the rack because it was too late to order one. When we came in for the appointment, they had it down for the wrong time. The first thing I asked them when we got to the appointment was a status of the dress. They asked me "when is your wedding," which told me no one was checking on it. Luckily it came in that very day. We took it and went to Sophia's, bought a beautiful veil and were treated by the most thoughtful people, even though we only bought a veil! They pressed our dress and were fantastic. I would recommend Sophia's!

I absolutely LOVED Adorn! The environment was unbeatable and Haley was amazing. She had soft music playing and I was the only girl trying on dresses which made it less overwhelming. Champagne and water was offered as well. Adorn made dress shopping so memorable and sweet.
