We recently had America Cool Construction come out to take care of a repair and then perform maintenance on our Spanish tile roof, and we couldn't be happier with the results. David was very knowlegable and patiently explained the issues that needed to be addressed. He helped us understand why regular roof maintenance is so important, which we hadn't thought much about before. We had no idea how much debris collects under the tile roof in the valley areas. As David explained, this over time can cause leaks and roof damage. The team was professional and friendly. The work was scheduled and they showed up on time that day. Our home is a two-story so they took photos as they proceeded with the repairs, so we could see their progress. The quality of their work was fantastic; they really know what they're doing. We feel so much more confident about the condition of the roof now. If you're looking for reliable help with your roof, I definitely recommend giving them a call!

AMERICAN COOL CONSTRUCTION performed a reroofing project on our home this last week. The entire group of individuals from the management to the field supervision coordinated each step with the utmost professionalism. The installers worked tirelessly during the hot days and didn’t miss a beat. Each day the crew left our property clean and ready for the next day. Even our neighbors commented on how nice the process looked. The end result is a great looking roof, the Presidential style and the best part was the overall cost was the lowest of all contractors contacted for the same scope of work.
