Powerful, Immediate Relief from Years of Spinal Pain – Thank You, Dr. Ali Elahi I came to Dr. Ali Elahi in severe and constant pain on the left side of my neck, barely able to turn my head. I’ve been living with serious spinal issues—including a C5-C6 disc protrusion, C6-C7 disc bulge, moderate foraminal narrowing, and an annular fissure with nerve root displacement at L5-S1. My MRI also showed issues with my left hip labrum and SC joint, contributing to chronic misalignment and deep tension. After just one Ring Dinger session, I experienced immediate relief. I waited for 3 months to leave this review. I have been dealing with lower back pain for over 10 years. I wanted my review to be truthful and accurate. I've been dealing with lower back issues for years until the doctor start giving me injections. The injections helped treat the pain, so I could have somewhat a normal life. The injections would wear off every 6 months or so. I've had injections at least 6 different times. A friend sent me an Instagram reel of this Dr. doing what is called the ring dinger. I watched the videos and search the entire internet for good and bad reviews. After about 6 months I decided to try the ring dinger. The soonest appointment i could get was 2 months out. By the time the 2 months past it was time for me to get another injection but I wanted to give the ring dinger a try first. My pain was only about a 3 when I arrived at Dr Elahi's office. After I had the procedure done it went up to a 5 instantly. He pulled me twice to see it he could get my back to loosen up, but it didn't loosen up. I left with more pain than when I arrived. He instructed me to go home and ice my back and come back for a second appointment 2 months later then a 3rd appointment 2 months after that. Although I left in more pain, I still believed in the process. After a few days to about a week later, the pain subsided back to about a level 3. By 2 months later I was ready for my next appointment. This time my pain was down to a 1 or so. ( without getting injections my pain has went down) after just 1 treatment. At my second appointment he pulled me twice again. This time, I felt my back loosen up a little. When i got off the table I had no pain. He gave me the same instructions as before. To immediately ice my back when I get home. After a few days I didn't have much pain but my back felt weak. Not painful but as if my back muscles needed strengthen. Well it's 1 month after and I feel great. Not like I did 20 years ago, but if my back remains like this I will never need injections again. I suggest to do your own research but, I'm glad I had the ring dinger done.
