Extremely appalling customer service… The representative I spoke with was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unwilling to consider that they might be mistaken, only to later realize they were wrong, which made for an awkward moment. Additionally, they were mocking what I was saying to them!! This representative’s snarky and hostile attitude made it difficult to ask even the simplest questions, as they seemed irritated and frustrated with every request. A little bit more professionalism and basic courtesy in their customer service department would go a long way.
Impossible to get your loan in a timely manner and when you need someone to take a look at your documents sent in they tell you to wait a week for it to be processed. Then again. Then again. Every time no matter how early I submit my loan application and documents they manage to make me wait over a month to receive my loan. As of now im still waiting.
