Been to Adam twice and it was great, however the last two times I’ve booked and even referred someone. He’s cancelled for being under the weather 2 hours prior. I understand things happen but if you expect your clients to provide 24 hours notice. Please keep that expectation for yourself. People take time out to make their appointments and this lack of reliability. That too hours prior… months apart - is totally UNACCEPTABLE. If you’re cancelling with a short notice just how clients get charged, we should either get a credit to use toward for an absolute disregard of our time. Things happen, but please have the decency to provide an adequate 24 hours notice

Booked an appointment for 2:30pm today. Come in for my appointment, only to be told that it was cancelled. Zero notice give to me, though it's completely expected the customer gives every kind of possible notice 24hrs in advance if WE have to cancel. All I'm told is "Wish I had better news" at the counter. Zero effort shown to try and book me in for another time. Unfortunate this had to be my only experience with this facility.

I’ve been seeing Adam Bradshaw for quite a while, albeit not regularly because he is just that good!! The Man is a saint. I always feel like I’m in a new body after seeing him. And bonus points, his playlist is the best!!!

My experience with Kirsten White for Massage therapy was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and performed the techniques in detail. Kirsten relieved my pain from stiffness in my muscles and bones. I would recommend her service for the best massage therapy. My insurance got declined and had to pay from my pocket for 90 mins Massage which costed me $183.00 in total which was absolutely worth it.
