I will be posting pictures and videos of my roof repair within 24 hours if the owner does not return my call. I can say one thing, it wont be a good review. Update, Company responded within 24 hours and sent a subcontractor to investigate and report back to Advanced level roofing. Updates will follow as to what will be done to-address the problems with the roof. Update A new team was sent and they have worked very hard and in a timely manner on the roof. Inside, water damage repairs have started. Will update soon.

We had an excellent experience with Advance Level Roofing Corporation. The estimator came promptly and explained everything in detail, outlining the full scope of work and ensuring that no measurements were missed in our insurance claim. The roofers were highly professional, and they left the area spotless after completing their work. The metal crew worked with impressive skill, and the finishing was far superior to what we experienced with another company previously. The siding team completed our entire siding project in just two days. As promised, the entire project was finished before winter. Juan, our project coordinator, kept us informed with regular updates on the progress. Inspector Richard conducted a thorough inspection of the roof and sent us a detailed photo report. HONEST REVIEW these guys were a headache to work with. They are impossible to get ahold of after promising they are your “local company” They are based out of three provinces. I understand being busy with insurance claims but the communication was terrible. They fixed our siding as well and left the doorbell completely off with wires exposed. The roof is done well, but took months from start of our claim to the end of it. I also feel we overpaid after speaking with neighbors and learning what they paid for their roof to be replaced. Lesson learned. Editing to add another photo of all of the nails that were left on our property that were found after the big melt last week. We have children and pets on our property as well so this was really awesome.

I appreciate the construction trade very much in general, but my roof installation experience with this company left me with "will not hire again!". The first star is given to the admin- Jennifer who is the only person reached out and asked me about the installation experience and put me in contact with the CEO when I needed help; other than that, the sales person no longer reached out after the 50% deposit. The project coordinator- Paul keeps on setting me up for disappointments over and over again and just ignored my emails, in my effort trying to get the roof installation finished after they missed installing the ridge caps, I think Paul doesn't have the concept of "setting proper expectation". The second star is for the CEO and the VP- David who actually did what he said (not just empty words) to finally sent a person who fixed the hole in the eave, and finished the tip of the roof with a piece of metal sheet which was hold down by about 15 screws and looked very off to me; I express that to David and he sent the crew who replace that with asphalt material and now the tip looks great like my previous roof. I'm crossing my fingers on the quality of the installation, a few sheets were blew off after the install and were replaced when they came to put on the missing ridge caps, really not looking forward to have to contact them again.
