It has been a while since I've come here for my medication and I was in the area, so I decided to say hi. To my surprise, the manager, Manika has resigned and I only saw 2 pharmacists (Joan and Gary) who were still working there. A lot of the pharmacists have left for other opportunities or retired.

One of the Pharmacists is very rude and lazy. The other one is very helpful. You will know which one is the rude one right away. If your medication involves more than sticking a label on a box then she will tell you that she needs 6 hours to fill your prescription. Twice she has said the same excuse. I am very busy, you have to come back at noon tomorrow. Can I leave it with you and come back tomorrow to pick it up. No, you have to come back during the day. Some level of professionalism should be expected from a medical professional! Went to a Shoppers and they had the prescription made in 30 minutes.

I definitely should have checked the comments before I book the vaccine here online. I booked 10:30 am in the morning. When I arrived on time, only one guy working there who is very busy serving customers waiting in line. I did not realize that there is a lady in the small room and she choose to stay in the room instead of coming out to serve the customers. I had been standing there for 40 mins until the lady called my daughter's name with a lazy attitude. I confirmed that this is the first dose for my daughter, and then she asked have my daughter taken vaccines before. As we all know, kids have had many vaccines since they were born. I am confused and do not know how to answer this stupid question immediately. And she just turn around and ask the guy to speak in Mandarin with me. I can understand her very well and answer the questions very clearly. Just a few seconds having no idea how to answer one question, then she just insult me that I can not communicate in English. This is a total disaster experience!
