Best dental office in Baltimore! Dr.Chen is very calming, gentle and easy going. Dr.Kim is also very gentle and kind. Both make you feel confident that you are in good hands. I only go to one hygienist, Alice, so I cannot speak of others. Alice is the best of the best! She is very knowledgeable, gentle when cleaning but thorough and just knows how to relax you which is super important when you have a phobia of dental procedures. The office staff are great as well! Always pleasantly greet you upon entering the office and very helpful and courteous if I call with any questions. Amanda, the office manager, took the time and was super helpful to me when I had to make some insurance decisions. All in all this practice is A+ all around!

I had tooth cleaning and wisdom teeth removal here. Dr. Chen and the team did a great job, and I’ve never had such a painless experience before. The atmosphere and the great care offered by the team made me feel much less scared of the process. The prices are also very reasonable.

One suggestion is that they should give an estimate of everything before the treatment. For me, I didn't know they are now out of network with delta dental PPO insurance. They never told me anything about this before the treatment (they know my insurance). And then after a regular checkup with regular cleaning, they charge me 369 dollars... This is also the only dental place I know that wouldn't give an estimate unless you ask them to. For the treatment itself, I have no comparison so I'll leave this to the future.
