Extremely Unprofessional & Irresponsible Behaviour by AD-WISE Educational Consultants – Lahore Office I am writing this to warn other students and families: our experience with AD-WISE Consultants (Lahore branch) has been deeply disappointing and stressful. After we paid PKR 150,000for the pre-enrolment process for my brother’s admission to an Italian university, the consultant assigned to us, Mr. Shahzaib, became uncooperative, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. When we reached the most crucial step — booking the BLS visa appointment, Shahzaib flatly told us “it’s not our responsibility” and refused to help, despite this being an expected part of student support. His tone was rude, and he made no effort to guide us further. This is unacceptable, especially considering the amount of trust and money placed in their hands. We tried to reach senior representatives at AD-WISE, but no one replied or took responsibility. 📢 To AD-WISE Management: This isn’t just about poor customer service. Shahzaib’s negligence and dismissive attitude have put my brother’s entire academic year and future at risk. Students apply with high hopes, and your consultancy is supposed to guide and support — not abandon them at critical points. 👉 One lost appointment can mean losing a full academic year, a life-changing opportunity, and months of preparation and planning. 🚫 If you cannot provide support during the most sensitive stages like visa appointments, then you should stop promoting yourself as a full student support consultancy. I sincerely hope no other student has to go through this kind of stress and disappointment.

I had a very disappointing and distressing experience with *Ad Wise Educational Consultant*. They misled me into signing a contract under false promises, took my payment, and failed to deliver any of the agreed-upon services. Every time I followed up, they gave me excuses and false information. Despite repeated requests, they have not refunded my money. Their behavior was highly unprofessional, and I now realize I was deceived. This review is to warn others: *please do your research before trusting them with your education or money*. I hope no one else faces what I did.
