I have been a client of Dr. Lou since 2010 when he performed my thigh lift. In 2017 he performed miracles with my abdominaplasty, lipo and fat transfer - BBL. I told him I wanted a very subtle look not Nicki Minija and it was perfection. If I had asked him to make my procedure as exaggerated as possible he would have done it. He listens to the patient. There is alot of information provided and what to expect once healing is complete. Fast forward to injectables in 2019 I went in for a consultation and told him what I was looking for, again a subtle enhancement under my eyes. One injection of filler per eye and he didn't say let's get the laughlines, forehead etc. He also didn't say you need to come back in 6-9 months or else. Recommendations and what most of his patients like to do is what he let me know and I love him for that! I decided to get fillers again August 2023 and this time his NP provided me with the consultation. Again the same AMAZING information was given and one injection per eye is what was given based off what I requested. She didn't suggest or say if I would do this that or the other - she did exactly as I asked. I did ask her what would be used in the area of my cheeks to improve the appearance of my face and she explained why and how and what could be done in 4 weeks. Appointment was made and I can't wait! I did recommend him to my sister for her hernia repair and fat transfer to breasts. He did such an amazing job she is considering injectionables as well. He does great humanitarian efforts with children that have cleft lips as they cant afford the procedures. You will not find another cosmetic surgeon with the most amazing bedside manner and doesn't try to push or suggest additional procedures. He is Houston's best kept secret!

I was in need of a new medspa to get my monthly facials for maintenance and came across LouMD Medspa on google. After reading the amazing reviews I decided to schedule a consultation with Allie. During my consultation Allie made me feel extremely comfortable (being a male looking to get stuff like this done can be a bit scary). She was very knowledgable and professional. The office was clean, bright, and modern as well which was a plus! They also offer things that I did not realize they had like laser treatments and such. I would most definately recommend LouMD Medspa for any of your aesthetic needs. I was referred by a friend to Allie who raved about how Allie transformed her skin.

My experience with Dr. Lou, Erica and Amber has been amazing! I was impressed from my very first office visit, which in return caused me to leave another surgeon's office, choosing Dr. Lou for my procedure. He certainly has a bedside manner one can appreciate, and a concern for his patients health and safety. He and Erica explained everything to me from A-Z, and was always available to answer my questions and address any and all concerns. I've made many phone calls to Dr. Lou's office, and have always been greeted with a pleasant tone, and the willingness to help in any way possible. Dr. Lou is certainly a surgeon that I will be recommending to others. He's a rare find!

I started my journey with Lou Plastic Surgery a few years back and it’s been nothing short of amazing. I’ve tried fillers, Botox, PDO threads and microneedling. After meeting with Allie and going over the concerns I have with my skin, we started a series of microneedling coupled with RF - the Vivace. I didn’t know what to expect because I had been promised by so many aestheticians before that what they offer would help my skin but it was never a result that left me truly happy.
