They do well for what they have. The phone wait is usually pretty long. Seemingly short staffed in that department. The lobby is usually pretty clean, a nice play area. Plenty of access to sanitizer— a must. The front end staff is pleasant, if they are over stretched, it doesn’t seem to show. Being called in takes almost no time at all in my experience. Seeing the doctor is sometimes a wait because the doctors are almost always overbooked and frazzled. That being said, I love my doctor. When she is frazzled, I know it’s because the clinic refuses to hire admin. The pharmacy staff is also very polite, but communication between the staff and your pharmacy is severely lacking. Make sure you specify where your medications need to go, because they usually just send it to their own pharmacy.
