Everyone there was very kind and helpful, including the teceptionist. Wendy, the NP who did the throat culture and exam, was thorough and professional, and so was the young lady who brought me in and did the initial swabbing. Wendy's experience shows. I appreciate them, as well as their expertise. I would give 5 stars if I had seen an MD. I may have needed gurther examination of the throat, tonsils, and adenoids. The prescriptions have helped somewhat. All in all, my experience was much better than the usual urgent care experience, especially considering that I was a walk-in on a weekend.

I booked an appointment with AFC Professional expecting a timely and professional experience, but unfortunately, it fell short. My scheduled appointment time was completely disregarded, as I wasn’t seen until an hour and forty minutes later. The front desk staff offered little help, and there was a noticeable lack of personal interaction since nearly everything is handled through QR codes. The waiting area was unclean, and the office equipment looked worn out and outdated, as if it hadn’t been upgraded since the 1980s. It gave the whole place an unprofessional feel. The one positive part of my visit was the medical assistant. They provided excellent service, were courteous, and genuinely apologized for the long wait and disorganization. Their professionalism stood out amid an otherwise disappointing experience

My first time having to go to urgent care In Some time. My insurance is only offered at certain places now. I was very pleased with the staff and presentation of the facility. I would certainly return here again if nature calls 🙌🙏

THE REST OF THE STAFF WAS AMAZING!!! But keep reading… The front desk girl Mary was incompetent and extremely rude as well as allowed non patients to use the wait room for non business reasons. She blamed me for checking in on my phone rather than with her as to why "she didn't know I was there so next time I should come to her instead" I suggested she call my name to see if I was present as I was given I had appropriately checked in (7 minutes early) on my phone as requested by the process set up by your company. She made several snarky comments rather than to be apologetic or helpful. She then claimed I was next, but then I watched another person get called in so she must have bumped me as well especially as there was NOBODY showing on the waiting list aside from me. This all caused me to be called 30 minutes after my appointment while from what I could see on the status of my wait time reflected 3 other "scheduled appointments" and 2 "walkins" had been cleared during that time. I was in and out in less time than I waited once seen. The reason she gave was “well, I’m very busy” I also overheard her tell a call that “well, we are Urgent Care, so we’re always busy”… highly recommend you avoid her if you see her at the check in! THE REST OF THE STAFF WAS AMAZING!!!
