I went into AFC Bedford with chest pain and difficulty breathing, and was quickly given flu and Covid tests and because my vitals are relatively ok at the time of visit, the NP thought it was a musculoskeletal issue and proceeded to recommend with a plan to take larger amount of Ibuprofen & Tylenol at the same time. No imaging or bloodwork was done to verify symptoms and I was quickly rushed out of the clinic. A couple of days later, I noticed my condition was worsening despite of the painkillers I was taking. This time I went into the ER, and it was confirmed that I had pneumonia. About a week later, we got a bill for $300+ for the visit with AFC Bedford. Seems like an insult upon injury.

The staff is very friendly as I’ve been there before. I was in today to have a tic removed from my back. It was quick and effortless. The bite itself is still fairly painful. I’ll be back in 3 weeks for follow up lab testing. I picked up my doxycycline prescription on the way home. All and all, it took one hour from start to finish. Handled very professionally.

I had a problem with my eye. I thought this was something that only an optometrist could handle but I was wrong. The staff at AFC Urgent Care were courteous, prompt and competent. This was right before a holiday weekend when my primary care doctor was unavailable. Keep up the good work.

I booked a time online so was able to have all the paperwork done before arriving. Went right in at my appointment time and was received warmly by the front desk and first intake nurse. The PA was thorough and warmly concerned and took her time to talk through what she found . She sent a prescription on to my pharmacy so it was ready when I went to pick it up . Very Satisfied with my treatment.
