The check in staff was very helpful. Lots of smiles and calming feelings when I needed them. The nurses and doctor were also helpful and knowledgeable. I felt calm and usually given the circumstances I would be anxious. I 100% recommend them. We come from Warren and it is right off the Pike in Ludlow. Soon they will open in Sturbridge.

I’d never been to a ConvenientMD before and I was very very pleased with my experience. Check in was easy, just doing it online while seated, and I love that you can see when you checked in and how many people are ahead of you on the website AND with a board with patient initials right in the lobby. Everyone from receptionist to staff to providers was super pleasant and attentive, and I love that there are multiple services offered for full care, like x-rays and labs, all in one place so you don’t need to go anywhere else for extra things once you check in. Would definitely recommend to others!

This is the urgent care center that I always take my grandsons to. We live about 25 minutes away but choose to come to this facility because of the excellent, thorough service. The staff are also very respectful and friendly. This place is the best one around.

I have been to this urgent care a few times now and have had positive experiences every time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease and well cared for each time. There are two urgent care options that are actually closer to my home but I choose this location because I know how great everyone is and honestly, when I’m sick or injured, I don’t want to gamble with the medical care I receive. Five stars, no question - this place is great.
