I have always had a great experience at AFC. Yesterday I was disappointed. I was one of two patients visiting the center. As everyone was very nice and friendly, including the nurse practitioner. I found that I did not receive a thorough exam. I told her I had pain in my ear. She asked which ear I told her the left. She looked in it and said I have a mild ear infection. However, she did not look at the right ear also I had to ask her to look at my throat since I had a sore throat. She didn’t do a strep, Covid and flu test that all came back negative. However, I just felt like I wasn’t thoroughly examined.

The staff in the reception area were very pleasant. I arrived and was seen within Five To seven minutes. The nurse practitioner who saw me was Also very nice. She quickly diagnosed the problem and I was on my way. The only thing that bothered me is as I was leaving. I Said goodbye and have a nice holiday to the girls behind the desk in the back offices and they completely ignored me. I know they heard me they even looked up at me and then looked down and totally ignored me. I thought that was so rude. Other than that, it was a good Experience.

The receptionists were polite, and very helpful. The nurses, and doctors were very helpful, and kind. The doctor I had made me feel at ease, which really means a lot as I’m very nervous at doctors and dentists appointments. She asked me if I had any questions, and made sure that when I left I had had all of my concerns addressed, and my irrational fears quelled. This staff is very professional, polite, and efficient. Thank you for all of your help, and your kindness.

Simone was outstanding. She was patient and kind and extremely informative to us as we dealt with our infant who had croup! Everyone at this location was pleasant and amazing and I’m so grateful we came here!
