Strathcona Dental Clinic truly exemplifies professionalism and high standards of care. The entire team is understanding, kind, and incredibly approachable. The dentist provides exceptional expertise, taking time to clearly explain any issues and the treatment process. This commitment to patient education is greatly appreciated. The dental assistants are very friendly and kind, the hygienist is thorough and pleasant, and the receptionists are lovely and welcoming. The clinic's excellent reputation is well-deserved. If you value your dental health and a positive experience, I highly recommend Strathcona Dental Clinic.

I was a patient at this clinic for several years before ultimately leaving due to a deeply upsetting experience. Over time, I was left feeling anxious, unsafe, and unheard — and it’s had a lasting impact on how I view dental care. Thankfully, I’ve since found a much better clinic that’s been helping me work through that trauma with patience and compassion. They’ve never pushed me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. I hope others have a better experience here, but based on what I went through, I personally cannot recommend this place. This review has been written anonymously to protect my privacy.

I’ve been going to Strathcona Dental for a while now, and every visit has been a consistently positive experience. Most recently, I saw Dr. Laatch and Lisa M., and I can’t say enough good things about both of them. Lisa was incredibly thorough with my cleaning, gentle yet meticulous, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She explained what she was doing at each step, which really helped ease any anxiety. Dr. Laatch was equally fantastic—friendly, professional, and very clear in explaining my dental health and any treatment recommendations. He took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The front desk staff is always welcoming and efficient with scheduling and follow-ups. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-organized. I truly feel like I’m in good hands every time I’m there.
