I had a phone appointment with Brooklyn Sander scheduled yesterday for 11:30. I took my lunch break early to accommodate this appointment. I received a text to check in around 11:15 received confirmation she’d be with me shortly. Now 11:45 and she didn’t phone. I call in and was told “she’s off today” apparently she’s the only one who has access to the appointments and must have forgot to change settings before she left. Perhaps you guys should consider having more than just 1 person managing online bookings. I’m only giving two stars for Kassidy’s help. I had 10 mins to tell her what I needed and she got everything together within an hour. Again, why would you only have 1 person managing the online bookings?? I wasn’t very impressed that I wasted my lunch break for no one to call. Pretty bad that I had to call in when it was scheduled and I received text confirmation. Maybe lose the auto text feature and get real people to handle the text confirmation?! All in all, thank you Kassidy for your quick service. Brooklyn, next time you’re not in the office perhaps you should check stuff like that or give another coworker access to manage it.
