Unfortunately, really poor service the past two times I’ve been here. Really unhelpful staff who were absolutely useless with providing information about acquiring documents and what they needed for a name change. Both times, I went in asking about what they needed or who to contact for the document they needed and they literally said “We don’t have anything to do with it” but again wouldn’t provide any other information for me to find it. It’s quite frustrating and the tone used by the staff was very rude both times I went.

Very unprofessional individuals working, starting from the desk agent to the commercial broker, no sense of customer service Reply- They did not have a pre scheduled appointment, they said they just came in to see if things moved forward on their insurance quotes as they were going for a walk, there exact words, yet i was put behind in the que ,your desk area is small , very audible for any words said

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this morning, the woman with short blonde hair in a ponytail at the front greeted me with a bad attitude. Her customer service was unprofessional. She even lectured me about “driving my vehicle illegally” and got upset with me, even though my house is just a 2-minute drive from the store. I wish she would mind her own business. Thank you!
