I am so glad I contracted with Affordable Building Concepts to build my carriage house shed on site instead of buying one ready made and being dropped off. I got to see the whole process from start to finish. Working with Steve and Penn on the project was a very good and smooth process. Watching Dave the carpenter build the carriage house board by board with prime lumber and materials was enjoyable. He examined every piece of wood, measuring twice and cutting once. Affordable building concepts, Built my garage/shop/pool house over six years ago. The building has performed well everything I expected added to the beauty of my house and the neighborhood I found that there was a problem with the roof and shingles and informed ABC with my concerns. They came out, looked at my building within one week and completely replaced my roof within three weeks. cannot imagine better customer service. Than these guys provided, they stand behind their work to a degree I have never before experienced. Easy to work with no hassle unbelievable!!

I've been through several building and remodeling experiences and Affordable Building Concepts was the best. Our project manager, Jordan, was an extremely effective communicator, gave us timely updates, and never surprised us with extra charges. The garage they built us turned out better than we expected.
