If I could give ZERO stars I would. Although Keith was wonderful - professional, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasure to work with, the new person in charge - KAREN was awful. My husband and I both called her to clarify costs and she confirmed our calculations. Once the work was done she went back on her word and charged us $600 for 1.5 hours to diagnose and install a $40 part. When we called to clarify she called my husband names and hung up on him. That is how much she values her customers. Do not trust her. "Affordable" should be removed from the company name if she is left in charge. Five stars for Keith. Zero for Karen. Sad when a good company gets a new, greedy person in charge.

Affordable Mobile RV Repair did an amazing job fixing my travel trailer. The technician (Keith), was professional and performed the AC repair in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend to any RV owner that needs an at-home repair or service in SWFL.

Absolutely horrible company. The technician never wanted to do the job. AC was leaking through the vent. He went on the roof and checked it out. 2 weeks later after many phone calls they answer and tell me the roof is unsafe to walk on. So I climb on top and its completely solid. Next trip out after many phone calls they tell me there is fire ants on the roof. So I climb up again moved AC unit around and NO ants. After again about 30 phone calls and messages, no return calls. This company is a joke.
