Called and left a message for a service tech to give me a call in regards to a repair on a torsion spring on my garage door. Received a text message back from owner asking me garage door information and if I could send him a picture of the spring. he returned a text to me after I sent pictures asking me what my address is and the best time to come and give me a free estimate. Have not heard from him since have attempted several times to contact him with no success.

He only not fixed the broken spring of my garage door but did an extra work to make sure that my garage door will work well, and he did that without an extra charge.
