recently took my pet to AfroPets for grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff were incredibly professional and gentle, ensuring my pet felt comfortable and safe throughout the process. The facility was clean, well-organized, which reassured me about their hygiene standards. What stood out the most was the care and attention the groomers gave to my pet, treating them like their own. After the grooming session, my pet looked amazing, smelled fresh,
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this pet groomer shop. The last time I took my dog and cat for a wash, they returned them with dirty ears and a foul odor, and they hadn't even groomed the private areas properly. After a frustrating back-and-forth, they finally took them back for another bath. Today, I sent my dog for a trim, and the haircut was absolutely terrible. To make matters worse, they decided to increase the price without any prior notice, claiming my dog is a large size because they said she has gained weight. This is baffling, especially since my dog has maintained her weight consistently for over a year. Their conduct is both unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this shop for pet grooming.
Great service, super friendly staff... I take my 3 puppies there for grooming, and they always make them feel and look great! highly recommend.
