We live in Washington state and found an amazing dress from Ashley Lauren that my daughter fell in love with. After Five in Richmond BC was the closest retailer. We spoke with Boris on the phone. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! We purchased the dress and he shipped it to our house direct from their warehouse. We just received it a few short days later and my daughter just tried it on. The dress is absolutely stunning, extremely high quality and my daughter looks like a princess! An angel sent from heaven! Boris asked for her measurements and recommended a size 6. It fits perfectly! A massive thank you to Boris and After Five for everything! We are extremely happy with their service, grateful and satisfied! She will have the greatest time at her senior Homecoming and we will be shopping at After Five again for her Prom. I ordered a dress as a maid of honour for my best friend’s wedding and the service was impeccable. I called multiple times to ask questions since I’m from Montreal and each time I would fall on a different person and they were all so kind and helpful. They made me fill out a form with all my measurements when ordering so they could give me the dress closest to my actual size which was great since I live far. They forgot my garment bag (mistakes happen) and shipped it right away when I called to let them know without hesitation even tho it probably cost them more in shipping but they understood and I got it within a few days. I will definitely buy there again!

I was looking for a prom dress for my daughter in NB and we were having a terrible time finding one. She would find a dress, order it, and then it would be cancelled within 24-48 hours due to manufacturer not making the dress anymore. This did happen with a dress we ordered from Brad, however his customer service was top notch. He reached out personally to try to help us find a dress in his inventory, sent us suggestions, and also pointed us towards images for 2026 dresses. We found her perfect dress and we could not be more happy. There's a reason this company has been around for so long, they have obvious care and concern for their customers. If I ever need a dress again, I'll shop at After Five!
