Pedro’s communication was excellent throughout the entire process—he always kept us informed about what to expect and when. What really stood out was how much time and care he took to fully understand our vision and bring it to life with precision. They did a fantastic job not only finishing our patio, but also replacing our deck and adding beautiful, sturdy stairs. The quality of their craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. So in love with our new bathroom! Pedro and his crew at PRESA Construction are top notch! Beautiful work, great ideas, flexible, and great communication! Once our demo was complete, we discovered that the prior owner had either been the victim of a bad contractor or had done a misguided DIY. PRESA made sure everything was updated and upgraded the right way, and offered us options when our original design needed tweaks. They attended to every detail and made sure the site was cleaned up at the end of each day.

Pedro and his team did an awesome job on replacing our deck railings and adding stairs. From our first text to the completed project, he was responsive and very professional. He spent time with us to really understand our needs and made sure that we stayed within our budget. I would absolutely recommend his firm and would hire him for future projects!
