My family and I have been coming to Burr Ridge Car Care for years. They have been great with on all of our vehicles. Most recently, they have worked on my vintage pick-up truck. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and reasonably priced, I would recommend them to anyone.

I brought my car in due to it overheating which turned out to be the water pump. Burr Ridge PCC replaced it and everything was fine for about a week until it started dumping coolant. This happened while I was out of state and I had to bring my car to another shop. The new shop showed me a bolt in the water pump housing that was bent and still reused by Burr Ridge PCC. There was also a crack in the assembly and they used the wrong size gasket...that or they reused the old one. Either way, they were careless and made it worse. Tim at Burr Ridge PCC paid for the additional labor at the new shop which was $400, but he should've refunded me for the original job. Tim does not stand by his work. $1,200 and all his shop did was make the problem worse and leave me stranded out of state. Never again.

Tim was great deal with! We drove up from Missouri for a meeting and got a flat on the way. Turns out we cracked a wheel. Tim tracked down a wheel for us and had it expedited to the shop. We thought we may have to fly home, but he got us back on the road in no time! We’re so appreciative!
