Duarte’s HVAC provided amazing, prompt and smooth service! They got my mini split running smooth and just in time for the Texas winter storm! They also serviced my AC system in my home a few months back as I was having issues with air flow and couple other things! Great team and service. I have used them extensively for renovations and general repairs and I wish all businesses were ran like theirs. They have installed 2 mini splits for me in the garage and an air filtration system. The process was smooth and the communication was excellent. They have since been back multiple times and have help do general repairs and maintenance. I would have to say their communication and response times are well above 5 stars. Last night I put in a work request through. Their website around 2 AM because our AC died and they were at our door the next morning at 10 AM. The issue was identified quickly and fixed within the hour all within a reasonable price. They have been great and I plan to enroll on their maintenance plan next. These are definitely your go to guys for AC needs.
