Worst worst worst rooms. Worst services. Not at all worth it. Worst location. Idk how they have 4star rating. Itna ganda room full of leakage. Bathroom itna bekaar .Doors were in a bad condition. Koi room mein rukega to bimar ho jayega. Pure paise waste. They need to renovate the whole building. Bohot hi ghatiya rooms the yrr. Trust me don’t waste your money here please

Absolutely Horrible Experience : Stay Away! I had already paid an advance of ₹500 and reached the hotel late at night around 12:30 AM. To my shock, the main door was chained and locked from inside. There was no staff or security at the entrance. I rang the bell and it was not working. I called the hotel multiple times but no one answered. I was left standing outside in the middle of the night with no help at all. This is completely unacceptable. What kind of hotel locks guests out and doesn’t have anyone available at night? Their service is pathetic and irresponsible. They took my money but didn’t even let me in. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Unsafe, unprofessional, and a complete waste of money. Avoid this hotel at all costs! PS: They did not give me refund of the advance amount (Rs 500)

Worst rooms I have ever visited. Not recommended at all. Smelly rooms with poor service. Even AC remote not provided. Breakfast served from the streets. Water service given in used cold drink bottles.

I would like to give 0 star on my experience but there are only option is minimum 1. Horrible experience I have on my business tour. Maybe all other reviews are fake or either paid basis. 1. Very much unprofessional person at reception. Not answering anything properly. Not giving any proper service. Although he ask us to leave if we are not comfortable with room 2. Room TV is not working / AC is working but they don’t have remote. 3. Door locking system is failed / washroom (flush / shower not working ) They don’t even want to improve their service and hospitality. I’m not writing with personal but had a highly unprofessional and horrible experience in this hotel.
