Our air conditioner stopped working in the evening when it was as very hot. A neighbor recommended Climate Tech and we were happily surprised that the technicians were at our home in less than two hours. The father/daughter technician team was very professional and knowledgeable. They had our house cooling in no time and the price was fair. We will definitely be using them from now on. We have used Climate Tech multiple times through the years for repairs & to install a new system. We have never had a negative experience. Each time they have been knowledgeable & very professional. A few years back our air conditioner went out on July 4th. Someone was at our door just before it was time for fireworks. We agreed that he would come back after the show so everyone could be with family to watch fireworks. He came back like he said he would & worked for hours fixing the issue deep into the night. It was nice to know that even on a holiday you can depend on them to be there. Highly recommend Climate Tech.

I cannot say enough good things about Climate Tech! Around 5pm yesterday my AC quit working and I gave them a call, the lady on the phone was so polite and helpful. The first tech showed up quickly and diagnosed the problem, unfortunately it was a bad condenser and the whole exterior unit needed to be replaced. He told me they could have a team out to fix it right away and got me a quote. I had a second tech from a different company come out as a second opinion and he confirmed everything Climate Tech had told me almost to the exact word; the difference is that he told me they would charge about the same but wouldn’t be able to replace the the unit for a week. I called Climate Tech back, by this time it had to be close to 8 or 9pm, and again the office staff was super friendly and helpful, telling me that a team was on its way to my house to begin the replacement of my old unit. A supervisor showed up with the new unit in the back of what looked like his personal pick-up truck, and a couple of techs showed up a few minutes later to begin working. The techs explained everything thoroughly and were very knowledgeable. These guys were awesome; they got the old unit out and the new unit installed and were very quiet and respectful of all of my neighbors, seeing as it was after midnight by the time everything was complete. Over the course of the day I had 4 different Climate Tech employees at my house and one that I spoke to only via phone. Each of them provided exemplary customer service and went above and beyond! Having to make a costly home repair like this is never fun but these guys sure helped ease the pain with a customer service experience that is second to none in today’s world. I cannot thank Climate Tech enough for everything. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC repairs.
