Jackson came out to do an electrical maintenance and noticed a switch was burned out. many of the electrical connections were apparently done incorrectly when the house was built so Jackson replaced the burned switch and took time to figure out how the wiring worked. he also patiently explained any issues and installed a GCFI outlet which was missing in the bathroom.Jackson was also very polite and professional in addition to providing great customer service by making sure the covers were on perfectly after wiring was done. I would definitely call on him again for future electrical work.

We had Jesse Ojeda IV come out today to diagnose an AC that wasn’t cooling. He is by far the best technician I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Extremely knowledgeable, clear and thorough in his explanations, efficient yet patient, and highly professional in both manner and work ethic. Jesse knew exactly what he was doing from the moment he arrived. He worked quickly without rushing, was respectful of our home (left no mess behind!), and showed the kind of confidence and skill you’d expect from someone with decades of experience.
