Received a phone call from a guy letting me know that because of "Tarifs", the price of the product I had ordered has increased. He told me he could refund me the money from my order or if I pay the extra amount then they will send the product to me. I asked him if this is normal practice to call the customers asking for more money. He got angry, told me that he didn't want a lecture from me. So, I told him to please refund me the money, because I didn't appreciate the rude phone call and not sure if I can trust the product at this point. He then threatened to sue me if I left a bad review, and he hung up on me. My order was refunded 5 mins later. (That was one of the craziest encounters I've ever had).
Ordered a fan from them and it said "not yet shipped" on the website a month later. Called them up and reached a sort of brusque guy on the phone. I told him my issue and he interrupted me with "I need a receipt number or an order number". Ok, rude, but everyone has a bad day. Gave him the number and he told me "We've been trying to reach this guy who ordered it multiple times because it's out of stock". It's me. I'm that guy. They never called or emailed. Ever. It's not just the fact that they didn't reach out and claimed that they did. It's not that after a month the website just says "not yet shipped". It's the rudeness combined with those two things that make it a two star experience.
Rob was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I had so many questions and so many interruptions while he was helping me. I was impressed that he was more interested in the proper item for our business, rather that the number of items he could sell. I'm pleased and will be a return customer.
