John GauchOur furnace shut down unexpectedly around 5 pm. We didn’t notice until 6:30 pm or so. It is Jan 15, and we were motivated to get the heat back on ASAP. We found Climax online and called them. By 8:30 pm they had arrived, fixed the problem, and left—with the heat back on. Price was reasonable. The technician Sam was thoughtful, pleasant and professional. I would recommend them for your next furnace-related issue.
