I am so thankful to Mark, James and the rest of the team at Airo Digital for so many reasons. Our company is contacted by several media management companies on a regular basis, normally my response is that we are all set because we had already gone through the process with our "other" company and I was paying them to manage and monitor our online accounts and website so that we do not have to. I am not in a technical world and sometimes it all seems overwhelming to try to understand how an online presence works and to know who to trust with all your private information. I am a contractor in California. The land of insanity by most standards. Ill warn you that this may be long winded so get a cup of coffee and I'll tell you the gospel. I have in the last 14 months been with 4 different marketing companies. I'll even name the names. Thrive, Town Square, Olly Olly and a small company just getting rolling with good intentions so I will not drag them into the mud. As a business wanting to attract new customers there are two roads to travel. Pay for leads, clicks spam adds and print social media. The second is organic SEO. The prior list brings quick returns but at a premium price. I have been told that I needed to spend a minimum of 4 thousand dollars a month to supply the appetite of an effective pay per click and social media marketing program partly due the the saturation of my area. I am a small contracting company and do not need the whole pizza just a very thin slice. So I was left to decide as I could not put my toe in the pond as I must dive in. Thank you but no. I have had no more that 30 conversations with marketing companies claiming to be the answer to my advertising needs as Jesus was to the Christian faith. With that being said my first round of 6 months with Thrive produced NO Zero Zip and Nada calls leads clicks of any kind. All the time my account manager encouraged me to wait it out as it took time. FYI this was the person and expert that directed me into the specific marketing program that would achieve my needs. When I had a come to Jesus meeting with him I was told that the program I was in would not give me those things and I needed to spend at least 1500 $ a month more. That is when I called back Town Square I was given a much higher expectation from their expertise and after 3+ months of that I was getting the same results being Zero Zip Nada again. Switching teams yet again to OLLY OLLY and two 1/2 months in seeing no progress and having a difficult time of getting a response to my requests for updates I was contacted by a new player in the game. Airo Digital marketing. I would like to say that I have no problem speaking my mind and can verbally convey my concerns wants needs and desire with a proclivity not often found, also having a firm grasp of the English vernacular. Thank you to my 7th grade English teacher as she saw a gift in me. I took meetings with a team of people from Airo Digital. I was given a comprehensive approach to my advertising needs with attention to multiple levels that in their expertise were required to achieve success. A time frame was given as to what I should expect over a stated time frame that I would see success. I was asked to make contributions that would help their efforts as this is a team effort. I did as I was asked. The one thing that I can say that made me try it one more time was a website scoring tool that they showed me and ran on my existing website. The results were simply horrible. If my son had brought home a report card like that he would still be on restriction and he is now 40. I was told how important the specific aspects of that are to the Google algorithm and weekly audit. I was told my web site would not launch until it was built to score in the high 90's or 100% in these audits. They were not lying. After almost 14 months and thousands of dollars wasted on self proclaimed experts my phone is now constantly ringing with organic SEO calls from the kinds of customers my business needs. This comes at a fraction of the cost of pay per click and social media adds. I am one very very happy customer. Thank you Airo digital. You saved my business.
