Had a new Carrier Furnace, A/C, and Aprilaire humidifier installed in late October by Eddy and Rolando, who both did excellent, professional work. Aaron sold us the work after we had requested several estimates of different configurations of equipment. We really appreciate his patience with us. The new furnace works great, so we won't have to worry about another failed part on the old furnace in the middle of winter. We researched Carrier furnaces and air conditioners on the Carrier website to determine what we really needed and could afford. We recommend Air-Rite and Carrier.

From scheduling the appointment to the end result of Ralph's work, the entire service call experience was smooth and positive. I appreciate the AirRite office always scheduling Ralph Williams as my service technician. Ralph is very personable, courteous and knowledgeable. During these maintenance calls, he inquires about how the equipment in my house is running and if I have any issues or concerns. I feel informed as he thoroughly explains all repairs.
