I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Airwell Electrical Supplier has been beyond frustrating. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They have complete disregard for customer requests — every time you call, they either don’t listen or just say, “we’ll call you back”, and of course, that call never happens. It feels like they couldn’t care less about their clients. The communication is poor, follow-up is nonexistent, and you’re left wasting your time trying to get basic help. Sure, their prices might be decent, but that doesn’t make up for the constant runaround and lack of respect. If you enjoy being ignored and having your time wasted, go for it — otherwise, take your business somewhere else

Worst customer service ever! I went there with my cousin since we’re renovating a few houses and we wanted to bulk order. So we asked for the price, then wouldn’t give the price and told us to come in person for the price. Which in fact we went at first and left to another store, but we decided to go back to get the price. The moment we went there; he’s still talking to the same customer we saw when we first went there. While we were waiting, we heard them say “Chinese” and proceed to talk in their native language. I’m not sure if it’s cuz we’re Chinese or what but at the end they still didn’t help us.He told us he’s still helping the customer, and said to wait. I got tired of waiting so I left my cousin in the store while I wait in the car. The SAME worker literally be walking out of the store and leaving to go home…. My cousin comes out upset because we were waiting for so long. She also tried to get the lady workers attention but she was being ignored and proceed to talk to someone else. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN!! This is what happens when you try to give a small business a chance

Very bad service and customer experience They took two hours to get me the product I needed small pannel but they suggested me bigger panel I went to return the panel next day because it was too big I never opened the panel. It was all packed. And they gave excuse that it is not worth money to waste the time on returning the panel because they took so much time to give me the product. They have very poor customer service, very poor dealing and moreover, return policy is so stupid In total, I have wasted more time in buying and returning, than the panel cost itself. I don’t think they will survive too long with this kind of attitude. Good luck to them.
