Outstanding Work and Professional Team! AJ's Electrical Contractors recently completed a service upgrade at my home, increasing capacity from 100A to 200A and consolidating two panels into a new 200A main panel. The job involved everything from coordinating with BC Hydro to fishing ground wire through the soffit and installing a ground plate—done with precision and care. I couldn't be more impressed. From the initial inquiry to the final installation, the entire team was responsive, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. My thanks to Shawn who took the time to understand my needs, offered helpful suggestions, and coordinating everything. Dylan and Joey were absolutely fantastic. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I first contacted AJ's Electrical online. Within a couple of hours, I received an email back with a request for photos of what I wanted. I quickly sent the photos with descriptions and I promptly heard back through email that it would take a couple of days to decide whether they would like to take on this work. On time, I received an email stating that AJ's is willing to do the work. :) I was asked to phone the office to set up a time for a free estimate. The receptionist was so polite, so professional and answered all of my questions.😊 Jason came to give me the estimate and he said it would take about one week for the estimate. (By the end of that same day, I received the email estimate.) While Jason was here for the estimate, he informed me that he would be the electrician doing the work. My feelings on this...This is great!! Because everything we discussed won't need to be relayed and possibly lost in translation. So, good!! I scheduled a day for the work, Jason came in, on time, and did everything so professionally, quietly and efficiently. He is very organized and tidy. Also, Jason is very respectful and considerate. Outstanding professional service. We had a new bathroom fan installed, and a few other electrical repairs done. I am so grateful to have found this company, and special thanks to the electrician Eugene and the team staff whom I spoke on the phone. He did a fantastic job! Eugene is professional, knowledgeable, punctual, communicated clearly and took time to assess all the issues to be repaired when he first arrived. Most importantly, he thoroughly explained everything and was so willingly to answer any questions as well. AJ's Electrical also has an amazing team who provided great customer service on the phone, to scheduling, emailing details, invoices, providing up-front pricing, no hidden fees or surprises, and the job was completed as scheduled. A very fair pricing which is so hard to find these days. We were very happy with the service we received and will definitely call again for any future issues. We needed to replace a bathroom fan that included an electrical outlet change as well. Jason came and completed the work in an hour. He was very professional, pleasant and tidy and the price was under the estimated amount by about $200! We could not be any happier with the service and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!
