It was great, except they got our steaks cooked wrong the first time. They did make it right, though, and they were very good. The lobster tail had no flavor. We'll give it another try.

Alena was an outstanding host who greeted everyone with a warm smile and made sure I and my family were comfortable throughout us dining at aj’s.She was attentive to details, and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Brian, the server, complemented his task perfectly by being extremely attentive and efficient. He was quick to respond to requests, knowledgeable about the menu, and always maintained a friendly and positive attitude.It created a seamless and enjoyable experience Overall, both Alena and Brian went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic time for me and my family.

AJ’s Steakhouse is now my favorite restaurant in Iowa! The service was beyond amazing, very attentive. The food is everything you expect from a high-end restaurant! Everything was extremely flavorful and tasty. Also shoutout to Ryan and Giorgi for their excellent service.

The perfect Manhattan was indeed perfect. The stuffed mushrooms were good, perhaps a little heavy with the cheese. French onion soup was perhaps the best thing as it was slightly different a bit spicy. The prime rib was cooked as ordered and a generous serving at that.
